Description
New Mexico imposes a weight-distance tax on owners, operators, and registrants of intra and interstate commercial vehicles with a declared gross vehicle weight in excess of 26,000 pounds. This is required if you plan to do travel in the state of New Mexico. Upon purchase you will be provided with a form requesting additional information necessary for the permit. Fee is for one truck.
Each additional trucks incurs $39 fee, billed separately to your account.
Your UCR must be current.
Please provide as much lead time as possible when requesting a permit. Please allow at least one business day for receipt of permit.
